four vessels in tow of the Japanese motor boat to cargo

junks Nos. 2312V and 2233V at CHEK WAN.

Cargo boats 265V and 425Y never came to Hong Kong.

Please see statement of PUN KAM LUN master of cargo boat 265V and

statements of CHAN TONG and TSANG TAI ON who were on board cargo

boat 425X, these three men left their respective boats at

CHEK WAN and later came to Hong Kong after having walked to

HAU HOI Village thence by sampan to LAU FAU SHAN.

Cargo boat No.425Y was the first to be attacked.

Please see statement of PUN KAM LUN who states that when he

was attacked, the Japanese motor boat had another cargo boat

in tow (265V).

The crew of the cargo boats 265V and 425Y are not

available, they did not come to Tsim Sha Tsui.
